Soldier’s training exercise death could have been avoided, finds inquiry

The death of a soldier during a training exercise in the Highlands could have been avoided, a Fatal Accident Inquiry has found.

On Wednesday, the inquiry found Lance Corporal Joe Spencer’s death could have been avoided if precautions had been taken.
