SNP ‘betraying’ Highlands over A9 dualling says former minister

He's urged the committee to demand the full facts from ministers

A former SNP minister is accusing colleagues of ‘betraying’ the Highlands and Scotland, by delaying the dualling of the A9, and the A96.

Giving evidence to a parliamentary committee, former infrastructure secretary Alex Neil, calculated the projects will now cost a Billion pounds more, than originally expected.
