Six rescued after multiple wildfires burn across Scotland

The group had to be rescued by helicopter following a blaze in Galloway.

While some have been enjoying the rising temperatures, firefighters have been working around the clock as wildfires ravage parts of the country.

Six people had to be rescued by helicopter following a blaze in Galloway.

The fire is now “under control” but other wildfires are still burning on Monday evening.
