Sisters challenging Down’s Syndrome stereotypes on stage

Sophie Potter, who lives with the condition, and her younger sister Emily have written a play inspired by their childhood

Two sisters are challenging stereotypes about Down’s Syndrome in a special series of shows at the Fringe this weekend.

They say it celebrates life “with an extra sparkly chromosome”.

And the grassroots production has already caught the attention of an award-winning star.
