Sir Keir Starmer’s speech to the Labour conference was disrupted at the start by a protestor who invaded the stage.
After the protestor had been removed, the Labour leader condemned the terrorist attacks on Israel and said the country had the right to defend itself.
He told his party gathering in Liverpool that Scotland can lead the way to a Labour government, which he said would create thousands of new jobs and rebuild the country’s economy.
