Numerous shouts for help were heard by witnesses before Jamie Forbes plunged to his death from a 12th floor flat in Aberdeen, an inquiry heard on Tuesday.
Jamie Forbes fell from a flat window in the city’s Elphinstone Court. after he was abducted and held against his will for two days in January 2024.
Lee Smith, 37, was later jailed for eight years after admitting culpable homicide, and on Tuesday, a fatal accident inquiry into his death got under way.
The Fatal Accident Inquiry, due to last for four days, continues.
