It’s ten years since Sheku Bayoh died after being restrained by police officers in Kirkcaldy – and it’s more than five years since a public inquiry was ordered into his death and its aftermath.
Today the inquiry chair has been hearing calls for him to step down.
The Scottish Police Federation says meetings between Lord Bracadale and Mr Bayoh’s family could create a perception of bias.
