Serial domestic abuser jailed with life-long restriction order

Alexander Thomson from West Lothian, who beat, raped and tortured 4 women, will serve a minimum of 4 years in prison

A serial domestic abuser described by police as sadistic has been jailed indefinitely after posthumous testimony from two victims. The mother of one of the women who died before the case came to court, said she feels justice has been achieved for her daughter.
