A serial domestic abuser who went on to murder his partner in “brutal and savage” attack has been jailed for 22 years.
Mark Keel had been violent to at least three of his former partners, before killing Maxine Clark at her home in Riddrie last year.
At the time, he was deemed “high risk” and should have been under a curfew.
Now, experts are warning there will be more tragic cases like Maxine’s unless there is a joined up approach to justice around domestic abuse.
