There is concern tonight a shortage of senior defence lawyers is denying people justice. Some trials are being delayed by years because of insufficient lawyers.
It’s now a year since three people were charged in connection with the murder of Caroline Glachan. It’ll be another year before the trial begins. It adds further misery to her family.
It’s now more than 25 years since the teenager died.
