It comes as analysts warn retailers face a “cocktail” of increasing costs.
The Scottish Retail Consortium says it has been a “drab” year overall for the sector, which is dealing with rising costs, such as the UK Government’s National insurance increase for employers and higher business rates imposed by Holyrood.
