A Scottish nurse jailed for life for murdering four elderly patients is to pursue grounds for his case to be heard at the Supreme Court after losing his appeals against the convictions.

After considering evidence from medical experts, appeal judges in London concluded they have no doubt about the safety of any of Campbell’s convictions.
