Scottish housing crisis shows little improvement two years on

Over 18,000 households, including more than 10,000 children, remain in temporary accommodation

It has been almost two years since the Scottish Government declared a housing emergency.

But, the latest figures show little in the way of progress in tackling the problem.

More than 18,000 households are living in temporary or emergency accommodation.

The figure includes more than 10,000 children.

STV News heard there’s often little help being offered to those in need, apart from hostels.
