Scottish Government urged to act as Raigmore A&E in crisis

NHS Highland say that if you need urgent care that's not life-threatening, call NHS 24

The Scottish Government’s being urged to take emergency action to avoid telling patients not to seek A&E services at the Highlands’ main hospital.

It emerged last night that patients were being urged to call 111, unless their condition was life threatening.
