A family in West Lothian is celebrating a very important milestone as their quadruplet baby boys mark their first birthday.

The odds of having naturally conceived quads are extremely rare, just one in 700,000 births.

But after a “crazy” year for the family, Ben, Noah, Harrison, and Rory have enjoyed their first birthday cake.
