The Scottish food and drink sector is calling for more targeted government support and says it’s facing greater challenges amid rising costs, hitting it harder than ever before.
Rising costs for things like electricity and fuel have put extra pressure on Scottish businesses, and ahead of the election, they are calling on politicians to turn their focus to supporting the sector, which brings in around £7bn to the economy.
