Scottie dog numbers dwindling as lowest births on record last year

And while the breed isn't at risk yet, some fear they're going to be forgotten.

They’re one of Scotland’s most recognisable dogs, often appearing on souvenirs and even in the Monopoly board game.

But despite that, the popularity of Scottie dogs is dwindling.

The number of Scottish Terrier puppies born last year hit the lowest on record.
