Scots hospital becomes UK first to have ‘resident gamer’

STV News visited the hospital to see how the scheme is unfolding.

Glasgow Children’s Hospital Charity has appointed the first-ever Gamer-in-Residence.

It’s the first role of its kind in the UK and Ireland and aims to ensure children will always have companionship and get to play their favourite video games during their stay in the Scottish hospital.
