Scots holidaymakers speak of relief after Rhodes wildfires

Flights bringing people back have been arriving at Edinburgh and Glasgow Airports

Scottish holidaymakers have been speaking of their relief at being home after escaping the fires which are ravaging parts of the Greek Island of Rhodes.

Warnings about wildfires have been extended across much of the Mediterranean with other outbreaks in Corfu, Sicily and Croatia.

Experts say climate change and higher temperatures have increased the chances, of such extreme events.
