That’s the call from the North Lanarkshire couple who are taking both the UK and Scottish Government to court over the decision to stop universal winter fuel payments.
Lawyers for Peter and Florence Fanning appeared at The Court of Session in Edinburgh today.
The couple want the payment restored in full.
