Scotrail dispute settled as normal service due to resume

A 5% pay increase has been accepted

The pay dispute between Scotrail and its drivers had been resolved – and we end it with the train operator announcing a return to its normal timetable.

A full set of scheduled services will resume on Wednesday of next week. Vanessa Kennedy reports
