Scotland is importing double what we use in clothing and fabric with nearly half of our discarded garments ending up in landfill.
That’s according to figures released by Zero Waste Scotland who have completed the country’s biggest ever study on textile waste.
Researchers warn the numbers are stark, but there are solutions.
