Scotland is facing a “very dangerous moment” as it tries to set up a new plan to tackle the climate crisis.
That’s the warning from the chief executive of the advisory Climate Change Committee just days after a key target was scrapped by the Scottish Government.
Chris Stark said the next 12 months would be a crucial test of how serious the Scottish Government is on its climate credentials.
