Scotland celebrates the life of the Bard with Burns Night

Dundee Burns Club was founded in 1860 and is one of the oldest in the world

Warm, reekin’ rich, an Address to a Haggis. You may be preparing to tuck into a hearty meal of haggis, neeps and tatties this evening as the country celebrates Burns Night.

An event was held in Dundee this afternoon, as the city’s Burns Club gathered to share a tipple, and commemorate the life of Scotland’s National Bard.
