School pupils take part in COP simulation ahead of summit

Just like a real COP they must strike deals that reduce reliance on fossil fuels

With just a few weeks until COP28 in Dubai, school pupils in Scotland have been trying to negotiate a climate deal.

More than 80 young people participated in a COP simulation– playing the role of politicians and world leaders striking a deal on global warming.
