Sadness after school walking trail targeted by thieves

Despite their initial disappointment, pupils are determined the trail will still go ahead.

Pupils at an Angus school have been left with a sour taste after the ice cream-themed walking trail they created was targeted by thieves.

Children at Whitehills Primary in Forfar designed and painted 16 wooden ice cream cones, but no sooner had they dotted them around the town, some of the creations were stolen.
