Russell Findlay launches Scottish Conservatives leadership bid

The MSP has become the first person to enter the race to succeed Douglas Ross.

The Scottish Conservatives justice spokesman Russell Findlay has launched his leadership bid saying he embraces the challenge of turning his party’s fortunes around.

Douglas Ross, the current leader, announced during this summer’s election he would be stepping down.
