A suspected rapist embroiled in a long-running extradition battle has had his hearing postponed until the summer.
Proceedings were delayed earlier because the man, who a Scottish court ruled is US fugitive Nicholas Rossi, refused to get into the prison van.
After agreeing to this latest adjournment, the sheriff warned the defence team, there is a firm expectation the extradition case will be heard in full in June.
