Rise in online child abuse cases in Scotland

A campaign is being launched aimed at preventing such behaviour.

There has been a significant rise in cases of online child abuse and exploitation in Scotland.

Figures from the police show more than 2,000 cyber-enabled sexual crimes against children were recorded last year. That’s up 21% on the previous year.
