One of the biggest retailers of vaping products has told STV News a loophole in the ban on disposable vapes is allowing them to still be sold in all but name.
VP Zed is calling for the law to be tightened to make the devices illegal.
It comes as the recycling industry expresses concern about the lithium batteries causing fires in bin lorries and at waste processing plants
