Residents say they are left in limbo after RAAC discovery

Some have had their insurance cancelled - with many fearing their properties are now worthless

People living in houses affected by the RAAC crisis in Balnagask say they still have no certainty around the future of their homes.

Aberdeen City Council sent letters to 500 addresses in the Torry area at the end of last month, telling residents their homes contained concrete which could collapse.

Meanwhile, the effort to rehome around 300 council tenants continues.
