Residents in Perth are breathing a sigh of relief after their homes narrowly avoided being flooded, after two weeks worth of rain fell in the space of just one hour.
Heavy showers pounded the city yesterday afternoon, as a yellow warning for thunderstorms led to the closure of roads and several businesses.
One man has told STV News it brought back memories of flooding in 2020 – which left many people out of their homes for several months.
