Residents of a care facility in Falkirk say they reject the formal apology from Health and Social Care Partnership, after the Ombudsman ruled changes to services were brought in without proper consultation.
The move comes after family members of the Tygethshaugh sheltered housing complex had their complaint upheld, acknowledging that the way the process was handled was unreasonable.
