A report has found that Fife Council is at a “turning point” and has tough decisions to make in order to deliver services while making savings.
The Accounts Commission found that while some areas performed well, there are deepening inequalities.
Fife Council says it highlighted a number of challenges that are “not unique to Fife” and that tackling them is at the heart of their plans.
