In a damning report casting doubt on whether he can ever return to frontline politics, Boris Johnson has been found guilty of lying to parliament over lockdown parties.
A committee says if the former Prime Minister hadn’t already quit as an MP, he should be banned from the Commons for 90 days.
Mr Johnson dramatically stood down last Friday after seeing an advanced copy of the report – today he described the findings as ‘deranged’ and part of a ‘political assassination.’
