There needs to a ‘reset’ in the relationship between island communities and ferry operators with changes required immediately.
That’s one conclusion from a report on the feelings of communities in the Western Isles after long-standing issues regarding cancelled services and delayed ferries.
It comes after meetings were held in recent months to discuss the ongoing issues.
