Native red squirrels are making a comeback across Tayside after a long-running reintroduction plan.
It’s seen as a vital area for preventing the spread of the invasive greys into northern Scotland.
Thanks to years of work by conservationists and help from the public – reds are reclaiming territory once lost – returning to woodlands.
