A major foodbank charity says a record number of emergency food parcels have been handed out in Scotland over the past six months.
The Trussell Trust, which has a network of more than a hundred food banks, says it’s bracing itself for the winter.
Young families, and people facing in-work poverty, are among the worst affected.
