Quarter of felled trees still to be cleared three years after Storm Arwen

Experts say there are still challenges around accessing felled trees and replanting more.

It’s been three years since Storm Arwen battered the north east with hurricane-force winds, flattening millions of trees.

While most have been cleared, experts say around 25% still remain.

Access to clear and replant the felled trees is still proving to be a challenge.
