As the cost of living crisis deepens, another group struggling to pay the bills are qualified teachers who can’t get a permanent job.

With the new school term starting next week, across Scotland thousands say they have no work lined up.

They say they feel “let down and misled” by the Scottish Government – and some say they’re using foodbanks and claiming universal credit
