A public inquiry into former Dundee surgeon Sam Eljamel, who is thought to have harmed more than 200 patients, has been officially launched.
Chair, Lord Weir has promised to be “fair and thorough” and put patients at the centre of the investigation.
But the patient who first raised concerns about Eljamel is boycotting the inquiry.
