Primary pupils encouraged to walk, wheel or cycle to school

Almost 400 schools across Scotland are taking part in a competition

Primary pupils across the country are being encouraged to make their journeys to school more active – by cycling, scooting or walking.

They’ve been taking part in an inter-school competition organised by the charity Sustrans to improve air quality in their neighbourhoods.
