Exposure to air pollution has a direct link to a rise in hospital admissions among children in Tayside but does not have the same effect on adults.
That’s according to researchers at Dundee University who’ve analysed nearly 35 thousand admissions involving lung conditions.
They say it shows “much more” needs to be done to improve pollution levels.
