Police Scotland ‘institutionally racist and discriminatory’

Sir Iain Livingstone stressed that doesn't mean individuals are racist or sexist

Scotland’s most senior police officer has admitted his force is “institutionally racist and discriminatory”.

The Chief Constable’s comments come after a number of cases where the culture within Police Scotland has been called into question.
