The outgoing Chief Constable of Police Scotland Sir Iain Livingstone dismissed suggestions that his office tipped off the former First Minister Nicola Sturgeon about the nature of the police probe into her husband.
In an exclusive interview with STV News he also mounted a strong defence of his record on changing the force, despite saying it is “institutionally racist”.
