It’s a mystery uncovered by litter pickers along the Clyde which could solve a 15-year old crime. A police evidence bag containing scuba gear was found near Dumbarton at the weekend.
The surprise find is now being investigated with locals pondering how the evidence bag got there and how long it may have lain before being discovered.
