Police in Spain say they’ve ‘dismantled’ a drugs gang led by members of the Lyons family, describing it as the ‘most violent’ Scottish criminal organisation of recent decades.
The Civil Guard says its joint operation last month with Police Scotland has taken apart the Spanish network of a clan that was laundering millions of euros made from drug trafficking.
14 arrests were made in different countries, including Steven Lyons, who remains in the Netherlands awaiting extradition.
