Plans approved to build multi-million hydrogen power facility

The facility in Aberdeen will be a joint venture between the council and BP

Plans to create a new multi-million pound hydrogen power facility in Aberdeen have been approved.

The Hydrogen Hub is a joint venture between the city council and BP, and hopes to create a world-leading energy site.

It’s first phase is due to be completed by 2025, and will initially power more public transport and council vehicles.
