John Macphee from Perthshire is sharing his unfiltered account of life with Parkinson’s in a new book.
The book details the debilitating impacts of the condition, but also highlights the things he’s been able to achieve since his diagnosis, including an amazing charity walk from Land’s End to John O’Groats in 2014.
Raising funds for charity, his work also aims to show people what’s possible with Parkinson’s as well as the reality of living with the disease.
