Perth council say they will improve after flooding response

The local authority's accepted the response to the flooding in October fell short of expectations

Perth and Kinross Council say they will improve how they deal with flooding after heavy rain left the North Inch under water last month.

Affected residents have told the local authority they are “emotionally drained”.
